Palletizer Robot

The palletizing robot is an efficient and flexible automated device designed specifically for carton palletizing. Its four-axis arm offers high flexibility, particularly the hollow design of the J1 joint, facilitating both production and maintenance. The J4 axis features a 360° rotation range, allowing cartons to be positioned at any desired angle, enhancing operational flexibility and adaptability. Its maximum operating speed is 390°/second, ensuring efficient palletizing.

The robot is equipped with a programming device, serving as the “brain” of the palletizing robot. Parameters such as the palletizing path, stacking pattern, and number of layers can be configured, further enhancing operational accuracy and efficiency. The control cabinet features neat wiring and utilizes reputable electronic components, ensuring system stability and reliability.

The palletizing robot has a maximum load capacity of 120kg, an arm span of 2400mm, and a positioning accuracy of ±0.2mm, ensuring precise and accurate palletizing movements. It can stack up to 700 times per hour, with a maximum stacking height of 2200mm. It can accommodate pallets of various sizes, up to 1200mm x 1200mm, making it suitable for stacking various cartons and other items.
