In this project, a secondary packaging machine was successfully incorporated into the bath towel production line in Iraq. The machine, designed with a speed of 50 ppm, effectively supporting the production line’s needs. It operates under a compressed air requirement of ≥0.5Mpa, with a total power consumption of 1.5 KW and a power supply of 380V/50Hz. The operating temperature range for the equipment is between 100°C and 200°C, making it suitable for various production environments.
The machine is designed for flexibility, capable of handling towel packaging sizes from 180-350mm in length, 90-110mm in width, and 50-90mm in height. The equipment dimensions are 3200mm in length, 850mm in width, and 1750mm in height, ensuring it fits seamlessly into existing production layouts. This solution not only optimizes packaging efficiency but also enhances the overall production capacity, meeting the demands of the bath towel manufacturing process in Iraq.
